Bookings

  • Weeks usually run from Friday to Friday in low season and from Saturday to Saturday in high season, but we will always try to be flexible to accommodate your flights.
  • Rentals commence at 4.00 pm on the day of arrival and terminate at 10.00 am on the day of departure.
  • A deposit of 25% of the total holiday cost is payable at the time of booking. The balance is payable eight weeks before the arrival date. If the booking is made less than eight weeks before the commencement date, the total rent is payable immediately.
  • The number of people occupying the apartment must not exceed the number booked.
  • Our full terms and conditions will be provided when you are ready to book.

Local Travel Information

  • From Nice airport, the apartment can be reached in just 20 minutes by taxi. Alternatively, there is an hourly airport bus that stops nearby. For the more adventurous, helicopter transfers can be arranged.

The amazingly impressive and efficient granite and marble clad train station is just ten minutes' walk from the apartment. From there, you can travel west to Nice, Cannes and St Tropez or east to San Remo. Italy can be reached by train in just 40 minutes. Most of these journeys are routed along the coast and offer excellent views of the Cote d’Azur. For winter holidays, the ski-ing resorts of Isola 2000 and Valberg are just one and a half hours away.

Monaco itself is relatively compact, so you will find that most places, including the lovely beach and the many bars and restaurants along the promenade, can be accessed on foot. Alternatively, you can catch one of the many regular buses that stop nearby.

Local Attractions

  • These are almost too numerous to specify. They include the Royal Palace, the Casino, the Oceanographic Museum, and many more.

One of the lesser known attractions is the public swimming pool down at the harbour. In the winter, this is converted into an ice rink.
